What is 35 mm?

The 35 mm system is a fully functional role-playing game, but it is also a set of game mechanics (divided into modules) that can be selected and adapted (according to the needs of your preferred setting) to allow you to:

• Create unique characters (the protagonists of the adventure).
• Deciding, through random chance and in a fast, fair, and exciting way, how the PCs resolve actions where the outcome is uncertain.

To play a role-playing game with this system, you need several players:

One of them is the Game Master (GM), who is responsible for presenting challenges, playing non-player characters, and describing what happens as a result of the protagonists’ actions.

The others play the player characters (PCs) (the protagonists of the adventure), decide on the actions they attempt, and describe what happens when they succeed.

Download the system and create your own settings or play any adventure using its generic mechanics.

You can download it in tri-fold format (print double-sided on A4 paper, rotating along the short edge and at actual size) or in A5 format (more convenient for reading on a mobile device). You can also download the character sheet.

A .txt file containing all the plain text is also included, so you can easily copy and paste it into any game you create using this system.
